Hi! Welcome to our page about our sailing journey.

We are the Andersons—Owen, Stephanie, Olivia and Archer—and we're about to embark on quite the journey with our sailing vessel, Tiamat.

Owen and Stephanie have been sailing since 2017. Owen took his first sailing lesson in 2017 and thought maybe we should go on a cruising adventure. Stephanei could not have agreed more, she started learning to sail in 2018 and we bought our boat at the same time.

After looking at a number of other boats that just didn't excite us, we decided to go full throttle and buy the boat we would go cruising on: Tiamat, a 44' Fountaine Pajot sailing catamaran. Since then, we've been fixing her up and learning her ins and outs. We can't wait to share the adventure with Olivia (8) and Archer (5)!
